Golfer’s elbow
- Also known as medial epicondylitis. 
- Overuse syndrome of the flexor-pronator mass origin. 
- Less common than lateral epicondylitis 
- Associated conditions : ulnar neuropathy, ulnar collateral ligament insufficiency ( check for valgus instability) 
- Symptoms - insidious onset pain over medial epicondyle , worse with wrist and forearm motion , worse with gripping 
- tenderness 5-10 mm distal and anterior to medial epicondyle 
- soft tissue swelling and warmth if inflammation present 
 
- Conservative treatment: Activity modification, ice, NSAIDS, physicial therapy, extracorporeal chock wave therapy, steroids injection 
- Surgivcal ttreatment : Open debridement and reattachment of flexor-pronator mass after 6 months of failed conservative treatment
